Explanation of some functions
The PCB board is fixed by means of adjustable pneumatic pressure, using an air cylinder for fixation. First, the positioning air cylinder works to make the PCB board stop at the set position, and then the side clamp air cylinder works to make the PCB board adhere to the fixed rail edge to ensure that it is perpendicular to the movement direction of the mounting head. Then, the top plate air cylinder works to make the PCB board horizontal, ensuring that the PCB does not move during mounting, and is always parallel to the suction nozzle plane as much as possible, Different PCB boards can be fixed by adjusting the height and position of the ejector pin.
The pick and place machine HT-F9 is equipped with five cameras, each of which is a camera for adjusting the nozzle spacing by photographing the center of the nozzle; Two feeder adjusted cameras adjust the feeder spacing by shooting the center scale line of the feeder seat; A mark camera is used to perform the mounting procedure of the PCB board by scanning the mark point as a reference. The nozzle debugging camera and feeder debugging camera are used for debugging before use, and the mark camera and nozzle debugging camera are used in production.

1. Rigid PCB: F9 can accommodate a PCB board with a length of 1200 * 330mm, and can be used to make rigid boards, such as panel lamps and lamp tubes.
